I wake up at 6:30.
Get ready.
Daily feastage of the scriptures. yyyuuummmm.
Get unified with my companera (by doing more feastage).
WORK.
Plan for the next day.
Thank my Heavenly Father so sincerely for that day that I had to serve Him as a missionary.
Dream of possums, baldness, and other insanity.
Wake up and do it all over.
I am a missionary. I have been called of God to give all day of everyday to help bring His children home. Is it easy? NO. Noooo way. It's actually very different than I thought it would be. Am I happy? The very happiest I've ever been. Time goes by so fast. I am so grateful for everyday that I've had. Every. single. one.
Don't let anything get in the way of you coming.
This is the Lord's work. He'll take care of you. You will be thankful for everyday that you've had if you trust Him, give all, and just go on a mission.
Pinky promise.
Serving as a Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in New York was reeeal great. You know, where the "Buffalo" wing was invented. You know, where THE CHURCH HAD BEGUN TO BE RESTORED. Now I am back AND STILL HAPPY!

Crackers and Lemonade Packets
A few days ago, my companion and I were walking down the street when we saw this nice lady sitting on her steps.
"Hey let's talk to her"
"Okay, cool"
We told her about how families can be together forever, because of Jesus Christ's gospel being restored. (Which is TRUE, your family can be sooo happy AND be together forever because of this)
"Do you want your family forever?"
"No."
WWHHHAAATT NNOOOOOOOO.
Another time we were walking up the steps to teach this little old lady I love.
We rang the doorbell NOTHING. Rang it again. NOTHING.
MEANWHILE, someone's on the other side watching TV.
WHHHAAATTTT NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOINGGGGGGG.
People that I LOVE, you need to see there is more out there for you, BECAUSE THERE IS.
This video explains how I feel.
When Heavenly Father sent His Only Begotten Son, it was for you.
When They came to a boy in a grove of trees, it was for you.
SO SLAP THOSE CRACKERS AND LEMONADE PACKETS OUT OF YOUR HANDS.
Live for more than this. Be happier. Return to God,because you caaaaaan.
You really can.
One Golden Nugget
So... baaasically... I can't even tell you how incredible serving the Lord as one of his missionaries is. But really. Like, seriously.
So many little golden nuggets pop up and make you jump a little BECAUSE THEY ARE SO AMAZING.
This is only one.
but don't you even worry, you will know about looottts more :)
So here is the situation.
I'm walking into the Visitors' Center for Specialized Training. I see this Senior Missionary couple who looks familiar, but I didn't recognize them. Then everyone is freaking out over this guy who was on a Mormon message and they carry me into the room to meet him (not literally carry). And my heart felt so warm and fuzzy and tickly :) and he held my hand with both of his and shook it and just smiled.
Apparently, he's a piano prodigy named Kuha'o who is BLIND.
This is him. He is so amazing.
Well this isn't it, people.
We all go downstairs and I am sitting behind the Senior Couple. They get up to bear their testimony, because they just lost their son and his wife in a very sad and horrible way and BY CHOICE, they decided to come back and serve the Lord.
THEN Kuho'a walks in. He decided he wanted to play for us and so we all stand up and start singing "Called to Serve."
"Called to serve Him, heav'nly King of glory,Chosen e'er to witness for his name,
Far and wide we tell the Father's story,Far and wide his love proclaim."
Far and wide we tell the Father's story,Far and wide his love proclaim."
For the duration of that song, I am not even kidding, time froze. I looked around and I saw the Senior Couple, President, all of these missionaries, at the base of the sacred hill, then Kuho'a smiling so big and singing along and tears filled my little eyes.
"Onward, ever onward, as we glory in his name; Onward, ever onward, as we glory in his name;
Forward, pressing forward, as a triumph song we sing. God our strength will be; press forward ever,
Forward, pressing forward, as a triumph song we sing. God our strength will be; press forward ever,
Called to serve our King."
"Therefore, if ye have desires to serve God, ye are called to the work." // D+C 4:3
I know that what I am doing is right.
Called to serve FOR LIFE.

Oh, hello.
I'm back to blogging (not that I ever really was a blogger, but I think you're picking up what I'm putting down as you kids call it)
and oh ya..
Like a real one. Like the kind that wears a name tag. Like the kind I've been dreaming about since I was a wee lass.
THAT KIND.
AND I am also an Online Missionary hence me writing on this blog.
And, just so you know, I will never be the same.
Like, for instance, I've kicked (or attempted) to kick the habit of speaking like an illiterate. It's hard. haha
Put your seat belts on. Get some delicious candy and eat it.
This is real life, people.
Read it. Love it. Change. Come closer to Christ.
That's what's up.
